Antalya Residence – 3 Blocks, 210 Flats

In a three-block residence in Muratpaşa, Antalya, kitchen and bathroom furniture for 210 flats was produced as adaptations of the Sahil and Çağla series. With a sea-view project, user expectations were high; doors were high-gloss acrylic and bathroom cabinets marine plywood with an enhanced moisture warranty.

Installation summary

• 210 kitchens, 336 bathroom cabinets and 210 mirror wall cabinets
• Two colour variations: glossy white acrylic and anthracite matt lacquer
• Quartz worktops and built-in appliance preparation
• Separate sample-flat approval for each block
• Phased delivery over nine months

Throughout the project the barcode part-tracking system in our factory labelled each flat's packages with block-floor-flat numbers, so installation crews carried the right part to the right flat first time. The missing-part rate was measured at 0.4%.

Result

The first two blocks were delivered and 96% of the flats were approved first time. Production for the remaining block continues in the factory, and delivery dates are tracked with a weekly plan shared with the management office.
