Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. The kitchen and bathroom survey is free and without obligation in every province. The 3D project and rough price that follow are prepared without charge.

Production takes 15 working days for standard series and 20–30 working days for special designs. Installation takes 2–4 days. Total time from survey to handover is on average five to seven weeks.

The itemised price written in the contract does not change until installation day unless the measurements or design change. If you request an addition the difference is notified separately in writing.

No. You can buy appliances from any brand; just give us the appliance dimensions at the design stage. If you wish we can also prepare a quote from partner brands.

The old cabinets may already be removed, or you can request our removal service (6,000 TRY plus 1,200 TRY per linear metre of base cabinet). We also coordinate tradespeople for worktop, tile and plumbing changes.

We give a ten-year warranty on carcases, five years on doors and fittings and seven years against moisture damage on bathroom cabinets. It starts on the invoice date and passes to the new owner if the home is sold.

In our showrooms you can see physical sample panels, and at the free survey you can try samples in your home's own light. Colour, gloss and texture look different under different lighting.

Usually not; we build to measure around your existing plumbing points. For wall-hung cabinets the wall's load capacity is checked at the survey and anchor reinforcement is added if needed.

Just fill in the project request form. Our project team responds within three working days and prepares a written quote with unit price, prototype time and production plan based on the typical plan, quantity and delivery schedule.
