In series production every unit must look the same, yet every block has different dimensions. Our project team draws a typical plan, verifies the dimensions of each block and presents a prototype unit for approval. After approval, production proceeds batch by batch.

Quality and traceability
Each flat's packages are tied by barcode to a block-floor-flat number so parts do not get mixed up on site. The missing or faulty part rate is reported and corrected in the next batch. At the end of the project flat-by-flat handover reports and a photographic quality file are given to management.
